This garnet begins its story deep beneath Tanzanian soil, where time and pressure coaxed a fiery reddish purple crystal into being. We present a transparent 4.11 carat oval shape garnet, with dimensions 9.89 x 8.45 x 6.09 mm, a mixed brilliant cut that was chosen to balance scintillation and depth, a clarity grade of very very slightly included evaluated at eye level, an intense color intensity, and an excellent polish. No enhancement has been applied, so what you see is the gem as nature made it, with a surface finish that allows light to dance through the reddish purple tones and reveal the internal life of the crystal. Skilled artisans trimmed the rough, oriented its planes, and cut facets to maximize both fire and face up color, honoring the stone and the community that brought it forth.
