This frosted quartz was hand carved in Germany in the 1950s.
It has a break on the upper area of the carving that was glued in an attempt to repair it. The break is not noticeable without close inspection.
This is an old carving from an old gemstone stock. It could be used for a necklace by simply putting a chain through the opening.
